Write to the address below. This is a one-person operation, so a reply can take a few days, and some messages cannot be answered individually — but everything that arrives is read.

There is no contact form. A form would route what you type through our server first, and this Service is built on the claim that neither your files nor your text are sent anywhere. Adding that path for enquiries alone is not a trade worth making. With email, you choose what it travels through.

Three details narrow a bug down quickly: your browser and version (Chrome 130, Safari 18), your device (Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android), and which page and which action it happened on.

Please do not send the file itself. In most cases the format (MP3, WAV) and a rough length or size are enough.

If a number or an explanation on any page is wrong, please say so. Copy that contradicts the implementation is treated as a defect here, not as a matter of style.

The same goes for copyright notices and licence text. If anything on the Open Source Licences page is missing or misstated, we want to know.

Copyright and other rights enquiries go to the same address. Please include the URL of the page concerned and something that establishes you as the rights holder.

Because the Service never stores visitors’ files, there are no files on our side to take down. Where the issue is something written on a page, we will check it and act.
